As we all know Jon is son of a Stark may be Ned or Lyanna's as theories suggest, but he is a Stark and most importantly a Northern, Northern's they are multi-talented, Warg's, White Walkers, Wildings, so much. As Bran Stark is a warg there are chances that Jon too is and most probably this is how he is going to escape death.

My Theory :
At Castle black, Melisandre is present and at time of Jon's she most probably be lost in thoughts, In thoughts thinking "what went wrong with Stannis, when lord light showed his way then what really went wrong" or she may be sleeping, but she was there, at Castle Black.
When Jon died his last word was "Ghost", why because he is a warg and after third knife, transferred his Consciousness to Ghost's body, even it is stated in the book further "He never felt the fourth knife. Only the cold", Only the cold, why, because at the time of forth knife, he was already in Ghosts body, feeling cold.
Now, the red woman will heal Jon's body and Jon will be back.
Whom Melisandre thought stannis, was not stannis he is Jon Snow, he is the one(because he is son Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna), that's buy Stannis died and she failed.
