I am writing to you as a woman who grew up in a middle class family in Mumbai.
I am writing to YOU for HELP!
My parents may not like me saying this. I apologize to them if they are reading but this is NOT MY SHAME. It’s THEIR SHAME.
My first experience with the opposite sex, was when I was just 13 and groped by a man (never saw his face but will never forget his hand) while walking in the vegetable market with my mom. She had just given me the worst haircut and as an angry teenager I was upset at her and was lagging behind as she walked ahead. I still remember what I was wearing. It was her dress, mustard with flowers and little bow in the front. How I hate that dress! As if, it was the dress’s fault.
I was shocked at first. Speechless. He disappeared. I just stood there. Tears started pouring out of my innocent eyes. I told my mom who went mad screaming in the market but who knew where that man disappeared to. I still remember the dirty feeling I had and the number of times I showered in my grand-mom’s bathroom after. That feeling never went away.
Since then it was non-stop. I would try to articulate this to my parents and while my mom understood, my dad and uncles told me I was imagining it. Maybe they just couldn’t deal with it. CAN YOU?
When I was 15, I started going by train and bus to St. Xaviers’ College. I was groped and touched and from all angles and this was just how I grew up. Not Just Me but MOST INDIAN WOMEN who don’t have the luxury of cars and drivers.
As a teenager I would dream of and still sometimes dream that I had a machine gun and could kill all the men who tried to grope me. A very disturbing dream for a kid, don’t you think?
I got my first assignment as a model in the FYJC and I had to go to screen-tests straight from college. So I had to dress nice, didn’t make it any easier. I specifically remember the time I went for an audition in a red body suit and a black long skirt with slits. It was HELL! I never wore that again. As if it was the dress’s fault.
I developed ways to defend myself, I always carried a bag in front of me, my fist was always clenched, I always turned around every 20 seconds to check who was behind me and a few times I slapped men who touched me, I got slapped back many times too. Sometimes saved by the public, MOST TIMES NOT.
My mom begged me not to pick fights with men who touched me, she was afraid of acid being thrown at me or that somebody someday would hurt me badly. She is STILL AFRAID and today she told me not to take an UBER to my meeting tomorrow. Hell ya. BAN UBER! Make everyone take responsibility for this.
My sister got into Sophia’s college, we were all excited. She went by bus but the first day she came home, she sobbed traumatized. A man had put his hand in her tee-shirt through her sleeve, the entire bus ride. She just froze. She was a kid too and wasn’t equipped to even understand this. I was LIVID. I’m sorry sis for telling the world this, please don’t stop speaking to me. IT’S NOT Our Shame. It’s THEIRS!
One of my friends in college was RAPED on the train on her way home in the ladies compartment. She was sick and was going home in the 11:15 break. There was nobody in the first class compartment going back to Bandra at that time, it was a superfast meaning it didn’t stop at most stations. He raped her and then jumped off after using her scrunchy (hair tie) to wipe himself. She was the only one on the train and had to limp her way back to her home in Bandra, bleeding profusely. She was just 16. This she felt was her shame so she did not say anything to anyone.
BUT IT ISN’T HER SHAME, it’s THEIR SHAME.
My mom accompanied me to Hyderabad on a shoot once. In churi bazaar, a cyclist groped My MOM. My dear respected and lovely MOM.
Sorry Mom, IT’S NOT Our Shame, It’s THEIR SHAME.
Why am I telling you my personal story?
Well first I want all women to Speak Up.
Let’s make this our MOTTO-

Not just the rapists and the sexual offenders and gropers but also our Fathers (sorry dad) and Uncles and Brothers and MOVIE STARS AND CRICKETERS AND POLITICIANS for not SAVING US or PROTECTING US by insisting and protesting for the LAWS TO CHANGE and Rapists and Gropers to BE PUNISHED SEVERELY!
Why do we as women have to feel so threatened? WHY has there been no severe action taken? This has gone on for years now. Not just in Delhi but all over our country and yes even in BOMBAY OR MUMBAI OR Whatever the hell you want to call it! It’s NOT SAFE. NO!
My biggest fear ever since I was kid and even today when I walk back home at night from yoga or when I take a rickshaw from a friend’s home is being RAPED. I still feel that fear. I am still am on guard. I still fantasize of having that MACHINE GUN.
In the past 4 years I have been living and working half in India and half in New York and let me tell you I have walked the streets of Harlem, the Bronx and Brooklyn (perceived as the most dangerous in NYC) at3am after parties in short skirts and felt safer than I feel in Bandra at 10 pm on a quiet road fully covered. WHY??
Let’s talk about Delhi our Capital. I was there 2 days ago and the day of the rape. I wanted to go out and walk by India Gate and admire our great monuments but could I?! Why??
What good are all your speeches in the US or Japan or AUSTRALIA- NAMO, if no woman can walk freely in the streets even in broad daylight by herself in the CAPITAL OF OUR COUNTRY. Isn’t this a SHAME? SHAME ON YOU SIR.
This is our NO1 issue. FIX THIS before anything else.
This is a SHAME. And it’s YOUR SHAME. You are now RESPONSIBLE FOR US.
I beg all of you fine gentlemen that I have addressed to help change the LAW.
You are powerful men. I say, SHAME and PUNISH THE Gropers and Sexual offenders severely. KILL THE RAPISTS.
I won’t ask for public castration which is what I want and all the women want because I know this is unrealistic and things move SO DAMN SLOW in our FINE NATION.

Rohtak Girls : Meet different faces of coin
Few days back a video came into light about the Rohtak Brave Hearts which went viral and the news was all over the internet and television.
This Video Shows how Rohtak girls(sister) beaten a guy for molesting and teasing them.
Two braveheart sisters fought back the eve-teasers in a public bus in Rohtak earlier on Friday, even as the co-passengers remained mute spectators.
The alleged eve-teasers had used derogatory language and made obscene gestures before the girls retaliated.
An amateur video footage shot by one of the co passengers travelling in the bus revealed the girls being pushed by the men after they protested against the obscene language and gestures.

Development in the story: While the Rohtak girls' village is celebrating as Haryana chief minister said the women would be honoured for their “act of bravery” on Republic Day, new questions are being raised about who shot the video, the emergence of second video of the two girls kicking another boy at a park, and now the new witnesses affirming that the three men were not at fault, at all. Few passengers and residents of the ‘Rohtak Sisters’ village have come forward with testimonies and affidavits to support the three youths currently under arrest. One of the witnesses in her affidavit said that she had asked Kuldeep, one of the accused men, to buy a ticket for a woman, who was unwell. She said, "The two girls were already sitting on seat No. 8 which was allotted to the ill woman. He requested the girls to vacate the seat for the sick woman and even showed the ticket to them. Then, he told the sick woman to sit on some other seat but the girls became abusive. The woman said that the girls then attacked him with belts from behind and even the man jumped out of the bus when it slowed down. The Logical Indian community believes that the boys do not deserve anybody’s sympathy if they were molesting the girls. But till the truth is proven.~ The Logical Indian(Video, 4rth December 2014)

Nothing can be really said without deep investigation, it may be these boys belong to powerful family, so everyone is trying to cover them or it maybe possible that girls were wrong,but still ACCORDING TO ME, these strict rules in favour of girls are required, very few misuse and who does make joke and give trouble to all other.

Make Perfect C environment on Windows
Ubuntu got a perfect C environment but very bad entertainment and its really irritating to keep switching from ubuntu to Windows again and again for beginners its better to stay at Windows with a good programming environment. I referred to many sites but was unable to setup, worse codeblock was failing again and again due to some reason and most importantly its really a bad to compile on codeblock it dosent give actual feel, experience of programming and at last first time in history an Indian government site published perfect way to setup.
Organisation is known as NPTEL by IIT's to provide quality education and is really a very good option to study.

Here we go....
Go to the MinGW download site
Go into the Installer folder and download the file mingw-get-setup.exe.
Run the downloaded file on your computer, accept all the default settings and continue. You should get the following screen:
Click on “Continue” and the MinGW Installation Manager will open and look like this:
Mark the following packages for installation
mingw-base
mingw-gcc-g++
Click on Installation->Apply Changes.
The installer will then download the needed packages. Your screen will look like this:
Once the installation is complete, the following confirmation screen will show:
Click on “Close” and exit the MinGW Installation Manager.
Download and Install Notepad++
Go to the Notepad++ download page:
Download Notepad++ Installer.
Run the Installer and accept all the default options to install Notepad++.
You should now be able to run Notepad++ from the Start menu.
Setting up the system for programming
First of all create new folder on your disk to keep all the programs separately. Lets say you create it in your C drive can call it “code”.
Since MinGW was installed using default options, it should be in the C:\MinGW folder.
We will now create a short batch file to setup the command prompt to work with MinGW.
Open Notepad++, create a new file with just the following command:
PATH=C:\MinGW\bin;%PATH%
Save the file as “setup.bat” in the folder c:\code.
Now you are ready to edit and compile programs.
How to edit and compile programs
Open Notepad++, write your program there and save it in the C:\code folder. Lets say the program is called “sample.c”.
Open the Windows Command Prompt. Change to the code folder by typing:
cd c:\code
Setup the command prompt using our batch file like this
C:\code>setup.bat
You can now compile your program like this:
C:\code>gcc sample.c
If there are errors, you will have to go back to Notepad++ to change the code.
If compilation succeeds, you will see the file a.exe created in the same folder.
Run the program like this:
C:\code>a.exe
By default every successful compilation will result in a.exe getting created and overwritten for every subsequent compile. If you want a different name for your compiled program, you should add the output file name to the gcc command like this:
C:\code>gcc -o sample.exe sample.c
And then run the program like this:
C:\code>sample.exe
That’s it !! You are ready to code.

Tips
You only need to run the setup.bat file once when you open the command prompt. After that the settings will stay until you close that command prompt.
For fast switching between editing the code in Notepad++ and compiling on the command prompt, keep both open and keep switching using Alt+Tab. Like this screen:

5 Students of The LNMIIT placed at Microsoft
Fews days back we were informed that Microsoft had visited LNMIIT for campus Interview of 4th year odd semester students now there is another big news, 5 students has been placed too.
5 students(name will be updated soon) placed at 9 lpa.
It was the first time when Microsoft visited LNMIIT, which is really a big achievement for a private college which is just 11 years old, LNMIIT is the only college after BIT's Pilani which dont have any kind of reservation. even through DASA students are admitted through their SAT performance there is nothing like direct admission in LNMIIT.

Today, was the one of the best day's of LNMIIT because today, for the first in history Microsoft visited LNMIIT for campus interview (pre-placement, 7 semester) and decided has to continue tech talks in upcoming year, now LNMIIT is one of 5 colleges in India where Microsoft organize tech talk.
Today at campus, Microsoft GSTC core team(India) introduced GSTC in details, and told us about future program and planning, at last Q-A was held to clear any doubt.

Why one should not use VLC player
Even when i was buying the laptop, the retailer was installing some softwares, but he didnt installed "VLC media player" I asked him to install, he said it will give error with HP.
Okay, its not only HP, if i will install Windows 7, linux or windows 8 pro, it will not give any error with VLC media player, because now its only a simple OS not provided by any manufacture so there will be no extra restriction or extra FEATURE provided initially, unless you find and install them again, yes you can.
Including HP, Dell also not fix speaker under warranty if you used vlc media player.
What Really Happens?
This what i asked to PC retailer and expert, he told me that there is a layer around speaker, which bursts out as soon as you boosts the volume, even a second is enough.Okay, but Proof!
Now you must be thinking. what prove they got, good question. All the activities you are doing, not any personal data is being written somewhere and Authorized service man can easily access that, umm woman too!
Now what, thinking about to Install the whole OS again or restoring your PC to a previous date, No it will also not work, that data can not be erased like this.
Will not boost volume, promise!

Ek Villain is basically a action movie rather than romance or thrill there was nothing like thrill still one thing why Riteish Deshmukh Killed Shraddha, ohh dont say that you dont know about that and i spoiled the fun, if you then please!!! it was very clear from the trailer that there is romance between Shraddha and Sidharth (oh they got matching names) and fight between, well guess, the only mystery i saw, why he killed her, if you will see movie carefully within in hour you can predict..swwhh...now nothing left in the movie than action, random fighting scene, some more old memories between couple. If you got nothing to do, then go watch this movie. 2 seems little less and 2.5 seems too much, 2.1 is perfect, isn't it!?

Spoiler Alert, Story begins at Mumbai, its a mystery how a gangster got a job who killed people all of his life never went to school, cant understand English, when guru applied for job and get selected and someone broke in his house(when he was coming back) and killed Ayesha, now a CBI officers and old friend of guru, comes to attend the case. Love story between Ayesha and guru is parts,in memories of Guru (i dont know why some people hating it that Ayesha died within 10 min.), Rakesh was a middle class man with a wicked friend who used to kill woman to statisfy, opps to feed his anger because everyone used to shout at him because he was loser! yes he was, wicked people beat their wife to feed their anger but this man was so loving that he cannot beat his wife, HEY you stop, i am not saying beat wife, its ridiculous thought, stop it.

I think Shraddha have got wired role but she have done it properly, she was too cute in many scenes especially the eye movements,Music is good as all know, Banjara was boring, Rakesh was Telephone Service man which make him easy to enter houses.

LNMIIT 2014 Placement statistics
I was much confused b/w ranking JIIT, LNMIIT, Nirma Institute of Technology...which is BEST???
On Internet there is craze for LNMIIT, dont know why?..
when LNMIIT started the faculty was much better than what today it is but still it's faculty is better than other private/goverment colleges, but the placement records they tell something else, placement of Nirma and JIIT are better.
I asked my teacher, first he said LNMIIT then i told him placement statics then he told me that "all 3 are almost same, placements depends upon students".
But I got a mail from LNMIIT (informing all details of counseling), there was new statics which no where on internet till now(official site under work :P) and the placements are better than Nirma and JIIT.
Look, the statistics I found today are offcial, obivously they are sending them with mail to motivate you for counseling but still details are official which can't be false just details from other institute which are on site and official and can't be false.

IISER Admission Fee Payment Process
Step by Step Process
Its already provided in official website but incase you miss it or unable to find here it is
- Open online SBI
- Click State Bank Collect tab
- Read terms then check the box and click Proceed
- Choose "Madhya Pradesh" in State of Corporate/Institution
- Choose "Educational Institute" in Type of Corporate/Institution
- Select IISER BS-MS Admission 2014 and click submit
- Choose IISER BS-MS Admission 2014 again
- Now fill up all details
- Fees is Rs. 600 for Gen/OBC and Rs. 300 for ST/SC
- Pay the fess through your preferred gateway
- Done...Cheers
